We work hard to make our services work as smooth as they can with 99.99% uptime. But with scale sometimes things break, for example our cloud panel handles more then 35 million requests per month. What information is collected and when
We keep your information private, we only store the absolute minimum we need. Below we will break down how we use your info and what is collected and when. Location information The only location information we store is the country and state you provide on register so we can follow any local laws based on where you are from. We do also store IP's on login to prevent spam and automation but this data is deleted within 30 days of collection and not stored in any backups. Providers like Stripe
All payments to LAMM Creative Solutions (NodeHost) are nonrefundable. This includes any charges regardless of usage. All overcharges or billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the time the dispute occurred.
We don't take services offline for going over bandwidth usage if on the max plan allowed for that service as long as they are not impacting others. We will not charge users for using more data transfer then the plan allows as long as no other options are available. This is a basic rule and we may change it at a later date.
Breach disclosure policy
We want to share how we will respond in a breach, not only is GDPR strict about the rules around a disclosure but the timeframe is 72 hours until reporting and making public. We don't want to wait that long and to you we want to share our plan for a 24 hour public update. If a breach is found or reported to us within 1 hour we will have all our staff in-house and working on a patch or upgraded rules as needed.
